about

In the original release of "Gruesome Transformation"on Haunted Head Recs., tracks two and three had switched track names. This has been corrected for this release.

A body horror album of dark transformations, discomfort, and the triumph of impurity. The horror of becoming, not yourself.

Dark ambient, music concrete, electronic, sound collage.

All noise, sounds, samples, and music by Willard Herman.

Female vocals on track 5 "Heretical Meditations on Nonexistence" and all vocals on track 11 "My Body My Enemy" are by O. Darling.

Originally released on Haunted Head Recs.

The track “Annihilating Structures” was made after I read Jean Améry’s essay “Torture” in his book “At The Mind’s Limits”.

The following tracks were release on Owlripper Recordings compilations, in anticipation of this album.

“Torn From Nonexistence” first released on Noisembryowl #3 “Three, Forty-Two Thousand Holes” first released on 42 Seconds #5, “Heretical Meditations on Nonexistence” first release on Shadowlands #2.
